Hello friends!
Today, I want to speak from the heart—not as a blogger, but as someone who has spent more than a decade in the education field, working with students, teachers, and school leaders.
Recently, NCERT launched three new textbooks for Class 5 and Class 8, based on the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the new National Curriculum Framework (NCF-SE 2023). As someone deeply involved in school academics, I feel this is a long-awaited and much-needed change—and I’d love to tell you why.
The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has officially released three new textbooks for Classes 5 and 8, designed as per the latest National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCF-SE 2023). This marks another step towards transforming Indian school education into a more activity-based, student-centric, and skill-oriented model.
These new books are not just updates—they are completely redesigned with new chapters, interactive activities, and real-life examples to make learning fun and meaningful.
