What Just Happened?

On 4 July 2025, the NTA officially released the CUET UG 2025 results on its official website www. cuet.nta.nic.in and examinationservices.nic.in. A whopping 13.5+ lakh students appeared for the entrance exam conducted between 13 May and 4 June.

How to Download Your Scorecard

  1. Visit www.cuet.nta.nic.in or www.examinationservices.nic.in
  2. Click on CUET UG 2025 result / scorecard link.
  3. Enter your application number and date of birth/password.
  4. Download the PDF—save a copy for counselling.

Score to Percentile? Here’s a Quick Look

Based on normalized data from 2023–25 exams, here’s a rough conversion:

Participating Universities & Admissions

  • 243 universities (Central, state, deemed, private) are part of CUET UG 2025, slightly fewer than last year’s 283
  • Major ones include DU, JNU, BHU, AMU, Allahabad Univ., etc.
  • Admission cut-offs will be released by each university starting from late July to August

CUET Counselling: What You Need to Know

1. Counselling Timeline

  • CUET results: 4 July
  • University portals open: Late July to August
  • DU’s CSAS counselling begins mid-July via ugadmission.uod.ac.in
  • BHU, Allahabad University and others also start soon after

2. Steps to Follow

  1. Register separately on each uni’s portal (e.g., DU-CSAS, Samarth for BHU/AU).
  2. Fill your choices—select preferred courses/colleges wisely.
  3. Verify documents:
    • CUET scorecard, Class 10 & 12 mark sheets,
    • Photo ID, photos, category/PwD certificates if applicable
  4. Seat allotment rounds begin based on your rank and choices.
  5. Accept allotted seat and pay fee within deadlines.
  6. Document verification at the college finalizes your admission.

  • Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar/Passport/etc.)
  • Passport-size photograph
  • SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS certificate(s) if applicable

If your score is moderate, don’t worry—many reputable state and private institutions admit students with lower CUET scores. These include:

  • IGNOU for flexible learning mode .
