The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially announced the Science Exhibition 2025-26, an initiative to encourage innovation, curiosity, and scientific temperament among school students.
This year’s theme is “STEM for Viksit and Atmanirbhar Bharat” with seven sub-themes:
- Sustainable Agriculture
- Waste Management and Alternatives to Plastics
- Green Energy
- Emerging Technologies
- Recreational Mathematical Modelling
- Health and Hygiene
- Water Conservation and Management
Why the CBSE Science Exhibition Matters
CBSE has always encouraged students to develop curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Who Can Participate?
- Category I: Classes 6–8
- Category II: Classes 9–11
- Each team = 2 students + 1 mentor science teacher
- A school can send a maximum of 2 teams

- Process: Register online at CBSE official website
- Fee: ₹3000 per school (via online payment gateway)
- Once registered, names of students/teacher cannot be changed
